- Faculty and staff development
On-campus workshops for faculty or staff can be scheduled on a variety of topics related to
student learning, institutional effectiveness, assessment, general education, curriculum
development, syllabi, rubrics, what to expect in an accreditation site visit, and more. These can
be scheduled for the full faculty, for smaller discussion groups, and even as one-on-one sessions.

Beth can meet with your team, your leaders, your faculty, or other groups, helping you to

accreditation standards. She can work with faculty on developing strong student learning
outcomes and goals, on integrating general education outcomes into the major, and more.
How to integrate budget, planning, and evaluation is also a topic she can explore with you. She
can work with faculty and staff committees (such as committees on assessment, curriculum,
or institutional effectiveness) to help them strengthen their work. In short, Beth can help you
understand the general expectations for colleges and universities for accreditation and how you
might address those at your institution. Her experience in three different accrediting regions and
with a multitude of institutions gives her an intimate knowledge of the culture, approaches, and
expectations related to regional accreditation.
